GLENN REVELL has spent 24 years around athletic, business, and military teams, coaching, creating, and connecting the personalities and skill sets that compose them through lived experience and performance psychology. Through his company, Revellation Facilitation, Glenn builds teams based on value and purpose.
Glenn has a bachelor’s from Hardin-Simmons University and a master’s from Angelo State University. He holds certificates in Meta-Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Leadership Communication from Harvard University’s National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI), and in Ethical Leadership from Notre Dame’s Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership (NDDCEL).
He’s recognized as a 2024 San Antonio Business Journal Individual of Impact and a 2025 Angelo State University Trailblazer. Glenn is a Leadership San Antonio alumnus and serves as Honorary Commander of the U.S. Air Force Special Warfare Human Performance Support Group.
